My Location is in Amritsar (India) . Frequency is 864Khz AIR Jalandhar. & Broadcast on this frequency starts from morning 4:30 AM to mid night. The distance between broadcast station to receiver is approx 100-120 KM. & i am also check it on open space & external Antenna.

I have purchase W2401 model. but
unable to receive DRM reception on W2401 . Software version is V,551241. Kindly help

Dear Starwave Team,
My Starwave W2401ME (updated to V.551241) no longer decodes DRM signals. FM/AM bands work fine. Factory reset did not help.
Please provide a solution or next firmware update.
