STARWAVES Receivers Big Surprise and Success at BES 2020 in Delhi, India

One of the only live events of the international broadcasting industry, BES 2020 in New Delhi, India, was dominated by the good news that DRM had to showcase.
Amongst other great attractions, STARWAVES for the first time unveiled its latest set of receivers including the Tuktuk Radio – a low cost solution tailored for the Indian mass market and useful in both home and after-sales automotive market.

Other products shown by STARWAVES were various Bluetooth speakers with integrated DRM receiver and the Nedis branded OEM Receiver deveoped by STARWAVES.

Before the official opening of the BES Show, there was a workshop held at All India Radio in New Delhi where also CEO Shashi Shekhar Vempati held a speech highlighting the importance of DRM Digital Radio rollout in India. The new line of STARWAVES receivers that were exhibited in front of the speaker’s panel played a key role within the event as they were showing that the world’s industry has reacted on India’s DRM receiver demand.
